What is the return policy?
Please note that items made to order based on your specific requests are not eligible for returns, in accordance with our company policy. However, ready-made items without any customisation can be returned following our standard return policy.
When will I receive my order?
Ci impegneremo a spedire il tuo ordine il prima possibile. Una volta spedito il tuo ordine, riceverai un'e-mail con maggiori dettagli. I tempi di produzione sono approssimativi e i tempi di consegna variano a seconda della tua posizione.
Where are your products made?
Divini has its own in-house atelier, which means every garment follows its own step-by-step production process. Working internally allows us to keep our prices fair and accessible. Our workshops are located between Milan and Genoa.
